Fix errors when using pip install -r requirements.txt
- Added scipy to requirements.txt - Updated bitsandbytes to fix deprecated error when running generate_sd3-5.py
- Added protobuf to requirements.txt - Added more checks for lack of GPUs - Added more prints for debug purpose - Fixed Python output log not showing in DiffusionController
